Job Title: Social Media & Content Designer

Location: Brighton (Hybrid 1 or 2 days a week onsite)

The Role:

Following a rebrand and new website launch, the company is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Designer. This is a content-first, creative role, ideal for someone who thrives on ideation, storytelling, and producing engaging visuals across social, digital, and marketing channels. You will be central in shaping the brand’s online presence, delivering social-first campaigns, and supporting design across emails, website, and print.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms, including short-form video, Reels, TikToks, carousels, and motion graphics.
  • Produce digital advertising assets, email campaigns, and website visuals.
  • Support graphic design projects including packaging, press kits, postcards, and other brand collateral.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure creative outputs reflect the brand’s premium and sustainable positioning.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to production and posting, bringing a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality creative standards.

 

About You:

You’re a creative doer and storyteller experienced in producing social-first content that resonates. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance creativity with strategy.

  • Experience creating social media content (organic & paid) and digital campaigns.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, with some motion/video editing skills.
  • Ability to create high-performing static and motion content.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or premium/luxury brands is desirable.
  • Passionate about design, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, small team environment.
  • Hybrid working possible; must be based in or near Brighton.

Salary: Salary depending on experience
