As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be supporting senior Strategists and Planners across a range of high-profile clients spanning sectors such as public services, FMCG, automotive, and healthcare. You’ll need to bring strong foundational knowledge in digital media (e.g. paid search, social, or programmatic), as well as a passion for excellent client service, campaign delivery, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Support planning and client leadership across multiple accounts. Contribute to strong client relationships through reliable, detail-focused delivery. Participate in both brand and performance planning projects. Own and maintain accurate plans, schematics, and campaign documentation. Work collaboratively with specialist teams across digital, data, and media planning. Track competitor activity and produce insight-led recommendations. Manage reporting, campaign setup, and post-campaign reconciliation processes. Create clear and professional client-facing presentations and documents. Your profile 2–4 years’ experience in a digital or media agency environment. Working knowledge of at least one digital media channel (e.g. paid social, paid search, programmatic). Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Solid communication skills — both written and verbal. Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines independently.
