Digital Designer (Permanent role) 

Location: Elephant & Castle, London
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days in the office
Salary: £36,000

We're partnering with a fast-growing independent performance marketing agency that's looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its expanding creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with agency experience who has a passion for performance marketing and paid social creative, and is ready to take the next step in their career with greater ownership and responsibility.

Working alongside paid media specialists and strategists, you'll create engaging creative for ambitious DTC brands while developing your strategic thinking and helping shape creative that drives measurable business results.

The Role

• Design high-performing paid social creative across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
• Produce static ads, carousels and other digital assets for performance campaigns
• Contribute ideas and creative concepts that support campaign objectives
• Work closely with paid media teams to understand campaign performance and refine creative accordingly
• Participate in creative testing and experimentation to improve results
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
• Stay on top of social platform trends, creative best practice and new formats
• Explore AI tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency
• Support junior team members where appropriate while continuing to develop your own skills

About You

• Experience working within a digital marketing or creative agency
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating paid social creative for platforms such as Meta and TikTok
• An understanding of performance-led creative and how design influences campaign success
• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
• Curious, proactive and keen to continue developing your creative and strategic skillset
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
