As Director, Commerce Operations & Delivery, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and multi-market project delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent workflows, governance, and operational excellence across EU and NA commerce teams, while supporting key client initiatives across retail media, omnichannel commerce, and emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop.
You will be a trusted operational leader, ensuring high-quality outputs, alignment across regions, and smooth delivery of multi-market client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the commerce operating model across Europe and North America, ensuring consistent adoption of processes and workflows.
- Lead governance routines including SteerCos, All Hands, sprint cycles, and cross-hub alignment meetings.
- Act as the operational connector between EU and NA commerce teams, preventing duplication and clarifying ownership.
- Support client projects in retail media, omnichannel commerce, ecommerce strategy, and emerging platforms.
- Manage frameworks, audits, playbooks, measurement approaches, and planning guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, driving a scalable, consistent operating system.
- Coach and support junior and mid-level team members, fostering collaboration, clarity, and operational discipline.
Your Profile
You are a strategic, operationally strong leader with experience managing complex multi-market initiatives. You thrive on creating structure, clarity, and alignment across teams, and have a solid understanding of the ecommerce and retail media landscape.
Essential Experience:
- 7+ years in ecommerce, retail media, digital operations, consulting, or agency delivery.
- Proven track record in operations, governance, PMO, or transformation management.
- Experience leading multi-market or multi-regional projects.
- Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Amazon, retail media networks, and emerging commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.
- Comfortable working across EU and NA time zones.
