Our Client is a fast-growing consumer brand operating at the intersection of retail scale and emerging D2C ambition. With strong traction in major retail channels, they are now investing into their digital and eCommerce capability to unlock the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity
- Join a brand actively building out its D2C growth engine from an early stage
- Shape how eCommerce performance and marketing activity connect commercially
- Work in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Play a key role in improving conversion, trading performance and campaign execution
Responsibilities
- Own and improve product and onsite performance across the D2C channel
- Drive CRO activity including landing pages, PDPs and funnel optimisation
- Support pricing, promotions, bundling and merchandising strategy
- Work closely with paid media partners to improve traffic quality and efficiency
- Contribute to wider marketing campaigns, launches and cross-functional projects
