Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand operating at the intersection of retail scale and emerging D2C ambition. With strong traction across retail channels and growing investment into ecommerce and digital, they are now looking to hire an ambitious eCommerce / Digital Marketing Executive to help shape the next phase of online growth.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely hands-on role within a lean and fast-moving environment, offering the opportunity to take real ownership across ecommerce trading, onsite optimisation, CRO, and digital growth initiatives.
The business is actively building and improving its D2C capability, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating with autonomy, bringing ideas forward, and helping shape how ecommerce performance and marketing activity connect commercially.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and gain broad exposure across onsite trading, launches, merchandising, customer journey optimisation, and digital performance.
Responsibilities
eCommerce Trading & Onsite Management
- Own and improve onsite trading activity across the D2C platform
- Manage product launches, landing pages, merchandising updates, and promotional execution
- Support pricing, promotions, bundling, and product visibility strategies
- Continuously optimise customer journey and onsite experience
CRO & Performance Optimisation
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, engagement, and trading performance
- Support A/B testing and onsite optimisation initiatives across landing pages and PDPs
- Analyse performance data and customer behaviour to inform decision making
- Monitor key ecommerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Digital Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with paid media and CRM partners to improve traffic quality and performance
- Support wider digital marketing campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and commercial stakeholders
- Contribute ideas proactively within a lean, entrepreneurial environment
Your Profile
- Experience within ecommerce, digital marketing, onsite trading, or D2C environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce/CMS platforms
- Commercially aware with confidence using performance data and trading insights
- Comfortable operating within lean, fast-paced, and evolving environments
- Proactive, organised, and motivated by ownership and autonomy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
