We're currently partnering with a leading commerce and retail media consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in the growth of its UK team.
As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an Ecommerce Manager to join their expanding ecommerce and retail media function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with campaign planning and client management, whilst developing their expertise across ecommerce, retail media and omnichannel commerce.
The Role
As an Ecommerce Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of ecommerce and retail media campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and internal specialists, you will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, performance is measured accurately and clients receive a high standard of service and strategic support.
This role sits at the heart of client delivery and would suit someone who enjoys managing campaigns, building client relationships and contributing to broader ecommerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage ecommerce and retail media campaign plans.
- Support the development of client ecommerce and retail media strategies.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.
- Oversee campaign delivery, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Ensure measurement frameworks and reporting processes are in place.
- Maintain project plans and campaign trackers.
- Work closely with senior team members and specialist activation teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience across ecommerce, retail media or performance marketing.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to manage accounts independently.
- Experience planning and delivering digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of retail media platforms and ecommerce channels.
- Experience working within an agency environment.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
Experience across Amazon Ads, retail media networks, search or broader biddable media channels would be highly beneficial.
Experience with platforms such as CitrusAd and Criteo would also be advantageous, although not essential.
