Company Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing CRM and retention marketing agency supporting ecommerce brands across email, SMS and push. They specialise in building lifecycle programmes that drive commercial growth, blending technical CRM expertise with creative execution, data insight and strategic thinking.
As a founder-led, scale-up agency, they operate with pace, autonomy and a culture that empowers people to take ownership and influence how work is delivered.
The environment suits individuals who want to move quickly, make decisions, work creatively across channels, and have a direct impact on client growth, cutting out the slow processes.
