Engagement Manager – Digital Transformation

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)

About the Role

I’m working with a leading digital consultancy that combines marketing, data, and technology to help enterprise clients accelerate transformation and business growth. The UK business has evolved into a consulting-led model, helping clients define problems, design connected solutions, and embed change across CRM, data, experience, and marketing. The team combines stability, expertise, and the freedom to innovate.

The Engagement Manager will lead enterprise-level digital transformation programs for key clients, managing complex projects across discovery, UX, creative, and technical development. You’ll apply Agile and Iterative methodologies, identify opportunities to enhance clients’ digital capabilities, and build trusted, long-term relationships across organisations.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client digital programs, managing engagement team members

• Oversee project workstreams through the full development lifecycle, coordinating with client and partner teams

• Track progress, manage program backlogs, and maintain project documentation

• Ensure effective resource allocation to meet delivery and commercial targets

• Provide strategic guidance and solutions to client program challenges

• Build strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders

• Mentor and develop team talent

• Collaborate on account plans to meet growth and transformation goals

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience; consulting or strategic project leadership preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA a plus

• Experience leading digital transformation programs

• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with ambiguity and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe AEM and Adobe Cloud Services
