Responsibilities

Channel Expansion: Manage and scale the traditional affiliates programme (AWIN) while scoping out and onboarding new high-value partners.

Creator Strategy: Lead the evolution of the micro-influencer and content creator programme, moving from small-scale tests to a scalable acquisition pillar.

Strategic Negotiation: Own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from building persuasive pitches and equitable deals to ongoing performance education.

Data-Led Innovation: Execute a rigorous "test and learn" roadmap, reviewing commission structures and reporting on performance to refine the wider channel mix.
Your Profile

Partnership Expert: 4–5 years of experience managing affiliate and partnership programmes, ideally within a DTC subscription or health-tech environment with additional deep knowledge within influencer/ content creation.

Strategic & Scrappy: A proactive negotiator with hands-on experience in AWIN and influencer management tools, comfortable building processes from scratch.

Creative Flair: Ability to help partners craft high-converting content, with enough technical savvy to use tools like Canva for pitch assets.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to weigh opportunities, prioritise based on commercial value, and understand how partnerships sit within the broader marketing ecosystem.
