The Role
The Head of CRO will hold a very high-profile role within the business. The business has an impressive tech resource and this team is pivotal to all decision within the business.
The main responsibilities for the Head of CRO will include:

Lead in the creation of new ideas, which are based upon vigorous data analysis, user experience and competitor examination

Control the complete delivery of new experiments including: plan, tests, optimising and reporting

Working with the UX Designers and Developers to ensure they focus on the experiments that are most likely to succeed.

Champion optimisation projects by creating web audits, wireframes, user journeys as needed by other teams in the business

Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and COO to ensure that the CRO strategy is integral in business strategy
Your Profile
This Head of CRO will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual and will have:
A proven track record of conversion rate optimisation working for an ecommerce or transactional based website
Experience with a range of conversion optimisation and testing platforms
The ability to present clear information to C-level and propose strategic plans
