Salary: c.£80,000 + Benefits

Our Client is a fast-growing business partnering with ambitious DTC and eCommerce brands to deliver sustainable, commercially driven growth. Working as an embedded extension of their clients' teams, they help founder-led businesses unlock opportunities across acquisition, retention and customer experience.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a business where growth strategy sits at the heart of everything they do. You'll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders, developing end-to-end growth strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll identify opportunities across acquisition, CRO, creative testing, customer lifecycle and performance marketing while influencing business decisions through data and experimentation.
Responsibilities

Develop and lead growth strategies across a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce brands.

Build trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders.

Identify commercial growth opportunities through data, insight and experimentation.

Drive acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifecycle initiatives.

Partner with paid media, creative and CRM specialists to deliver integrated strategies.

Analyse performance and confidently present recommendations to clients.

Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement where required.
Your Profile
You'll have strong DTC or eCommerce growth experience with a track record of scaling consumer brands. You'll understand acquisition, paid media, CRO, attribution, experimentation and commercial performance, with confidence discussing metrics such as CAC, LTV and conversion. Experience working with founder-led businesses, growth agencies or high-growth scale-ups would be highly advantageous.
