The Opportunity
• Join a highly strategic team focused on communications planning and client growth across global accounts.
• Lead planning conversations that influence campaign direction, audience strategy, and measurement frameworks.
• Manage and mentor junior team members while helping shape the strategic output of the wider team.
• Work across a diverse portfolio of international brands and categories.
• Play a visible role within a collaborative business that values strategic thinking over activation delivery.
Responsibilities
• Develop communications and media strategies aligned to client objectives and business challenges.
• Lead strategic planning processes across multi-market and global accounts.
• Translate audience, market, and campaign insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated strategic solutions.
• Support measurement and effectiveness planning to evaluate campaign success and optimisation opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to team development and planning excellence.
Your Profile
• Strong background in communications planning, media strategy, or strategic planning within an agency environment.
• Proven experience leading strategy across a breadth of clients and sectors.
• Line management or mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of measurement and campaign effectiveness frameworks.
• Confident presenting strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
