The Opportunity
- Lead creator-focused campaigns from strategy to delivery across paid, organic, and experiential activations.
- Shape engagement strategies for gaming content creators and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life in fast-moving, high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day delivery of campaigns involving multiple creators and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, ensuring campaigns are authentic and effective.
- Support experiential initiatives, events, and content activations.
- Track campaign performance, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution.
Your Profile
- 3+ years’ experience working with gaming content creators.
- Strong knowledge of the gaming and esports ecosystem.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passionate about gaming, creators, and digital communities.
- UK-based with flexibility to collaborate across teams remotely or in person.
