Following a major transformation within their commercial function, they are investing heavily into a newly evolved Client Partnership team focused on consultative, insight-led growth.
This is a high-impact commercial role sitting at the intersection of retail strategy, customer insight and strategic account growth. The business is moving away from traditional relationship management and towards much more commercially mature, consultative client partnerships — helping brands understand where they can unlock growth through data, shopper behaviour and category insight.

Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership
Own and grow senior FMCG client relationships across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Lead consultative commercial conversations around growth opportunities, customer behaviour, category performance and retailer strategy.
Develop trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across both retailer and brand environments.
Identify opportunities for strategic insight projects and consultancy engagements beyond core platform/tool renewals.
Commercial Growth & Account Expansion
Drive revenue growth through upselling strategic insight and consultancy solutions.
Build and maintain long-term account growth plans aligned to wider business objectives.
Renew existing contracts while uncovering new opportunities for incremental commercial growth.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate enterprise client environments effectively.
Insight-Led Partnership Approach
Translate customer and shopper insight into commercially relevant conversations.
Collaborate with internal analytics, insight and delivery teams to shape strategic recommendations.
Support brands in identifying whitespace opportunities, growth drivers and performance gaps.
Encourage clients to think more strategically about customer growth and retailer engagement.
Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with client success, analytics, insight and commercial teams.
Build credibility quickly through strong communication, commercial acumen and relationship management.
Operate as a strategic commercial advisor rather than a traditional salesperson.
Present confidently to senior stakeholders and guide commercially focused discussions.
Your Profile
7–10+ years’ experience within strategic partnerships, FMCG commercial leadership, retail media, customer insight or data-led commercial environments.
Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships.
Comfortable operating in consultative, commercially driven environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Experience within retail analytics, customer insight, retail media, FMCG partnerships, category strategy or strategic account management environments.
Commercially sharp with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities.
Strong communication skills with a relationship-led, consultative style.
Backgrounds from customer insight, retail media, FMCG commercial, analytics or strategic account growth environments highly relevant.
