The Opportunity
• Kickstart your media career in a high-performing agency sales hub.
• Work closely with senior sales teams to drive revenue and unlock new business opportunities.
• Gain hands-on experience across campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
• Develop creative, insight-led ideas that bring campaigns to life.

Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive research and market insight.
• Support the creation of pitch materials including emails, one-pagers, and decks.
• Analyse campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
• Work with sales and operations teams to optimise campaign delivery.
• Contribute to agency brief responses and proactive client proposals.
• Produce revenue and performance reports using internal systems.
Your Profile
• 1–2 years’ experience in media, advertising, or a related field.
• Passion for the media landscape and digital advertising.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
