They're consistently one of the fastest growing brands in the UK and achieving this through eco-friendly products that have a cult like following The Opportunity Brand Evolution: Join the Growth team during a major category expansion and brand evolution, providing massive scope for professional development. Central Coordination: Sit at the high-impact intersection of design, tech, and marketing, owning the end-to-end delivery of 6–10 campaign landing pages per season. CRO Roadmap: Start with hands-on coordination while building the toolkit to eventually take full ownership of A/B and multivariate experiments. Proven Progression: Follow a clear internal career path where the current Senior PM moved from execution to strategy within two years. Responsibilities Program Management: Coordinate the launch of campaign and product landing pages, managing everything from initial briefs to post-live performance reporting. Technical QA: Ensure precision across pricing, copy, and assets before go-live, utilizing no-code interfaces to make direct edits. Growth Insights: Support the Senior PM in documenting test hypotheses and translating user behaviour data into actionable design recommendations. Cross-Functional Link: Act as the primary point of contact for developers and designers to ensure seasonal campaigns and tracking are executed perfectly. Your Profile Must Have: 1–2 years of experience in a digital, growth, or e-commerce environment (agency or in-house) working within or for businesses within B2C, D2C and Consumer Retail categories. Beyond that, it's largely about attitude: someone proactive, highly organised, and who can get people working together to successfully launch campaigns or flag things that need fixing. Basic knowledge of how e-commerce works and user journeys Understanding of product marketing campaigns and their importance Experience working with development teams and UI designers Familiarity with stock management and its impact on campaigns An interest in data and e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, revenue per session, etc.) is important - you don't need to be a statistician, but you should be curious about numbers. Experience inside an e-commerce brand is a genuine plus - understanding how campaigns, stock, and the user journey all fit together will help you hit the ground running.
