The Opportunity

Set and Scale Creative Strategy: They have a healthy creative pipeline, processes and resource in place to deliver creative at volume and they've developed good AI-led ways of working. But they want to take creative strategy from a function that supports performance to a function that is central to the business

Cross Functional Collaboration: You'll act as a strong connection between Brand, Growth and Performance and the wider business and develop cross functional ways of reporting and managing upwards.

High-Impact Visibility: You will be managing comms across the company and not just running the creative function in isolation, with the Head of Growth there only as support- not the person who will move the function for you.

Responsibilities

Creative Expansion: You will own creative strategy for paid growth Meta-led) and translates customer insight, category, market and performance data into testable creative bets that align with business needs.

Testing and Learning: Translate customer insight, category and market insights and performance data into testable creative bets, clear hypotheses, learning agendas and win conditions.

Strategic Decision Making: Youʼll have a strong creative eye and a flair for storytelling. Youʼll make sure our messaging lands with clarity and compassion whilst driving action, while keeping an eye on what's working in the wider DTC and womenʼs health

Cross Functional Leadership: You'll partner closely with performance and brand and make sure insights are shared cross functionally for cohesion and growth
Your Profile

Creative Strategy: 6+ years inhouse or agency side experience in creative strategy. You do not need to have been a creative strategist the entire time but you must already be in a creative strategy role and have spent significant time leading paid social creative for a DTC, consumer health or consumer brand

Presentation and Communication: Experience presenting to founders and exec teams and making complex creative work make sense to non-creatives

Analytical and Results Driven: A track record of creative work that moved real numbers — CAC, spend and new customer numbers.

Scrappy and Proactive: You are able to pivot to changes in the business and take action when the data tells us to move in certain directions
