The Opportunity

Strategic Architect: Act as the "North Star" for growth, taking complete ownership of the retention function to build the scalable systems defining the next expansion phase.

Hyper-Scale Inflection: Join the UK’s fastest-growing business at a pivotal stage, managing a base of over 500,000 loyal subscribers.

Direct Influence: Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Growth teams to influence the actual product roadmap through cohort data and subscriber insights.

Responsibilities

Revenue Accountability: Own subscription retention metrics and LTV growth, with direct responsibility for subscription-based revenue.

Lifecycle Design: Map and optimise the end-to-end subscriber journey, from onboarding and activation to advocacy and winback.

Systemic Testing: Build automated programmes across email and SMS while designing interventions to reduce churn, such as pause and frequency optimisation.

Loyalty & Innovation: Partner with Growth Product to optimise acquisition quality and develop loyalty programmes that reward long-term subscribers.

Your Profile

Experience: 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention, ideally within a high-growth DTC or subscription business.

Analytical Mastery: Strong hands-on experience in cohort analysis and retention measurement, with a proven track record of moving KPIs.

Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of CRM platforms (such as Klaviyo) and a deep understanding of churn mechanics and LTV drivers

Strategic Execution: A "player-coach" who can zoom out to build a 12-month roadmap and zoom in to execute technical campaigns.
