Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing social-first games companies, creating viral party games played by millions worldwide. With over a billion organic views across social media, they are now taking their scroll-stopping style into new European markets.
The Opportunity
- Help launch a new EU content function within a fast-growing Owned Marketing team
- Scale proven, high-performing games for audiences in France, Italy, Germany and Spain, with France and Germany as priorities
- Work on established games rather than new launches, adapting what already works for local audiences
- Produce native-language content from London, including casting and directing actors
- Hybrid working: four days in a lively Soho office, one from home
Responsibilities
- Manage the full content workflow, from briefing and casting to scheduling and distribution
- Direct video editors and cast actors for filming in the relevant languages
- Adapt hero and past game content for each EU market
- Track what drives views and engagement across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
- Use performance data to refine and improve content
Your Profile
- A strong social eye and a clear sense of what makes content perform
- Creative instinct balanced with a data-driven mindset
- Fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable
- Experience of social-first content, consumer brands or video production is a plus
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
