The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Channel Management: Support and grow the brand's presence across Amazon and TikTok Shop while identifying new high-potential marketplaces.
- Product Launch Excellence: Refine the go-to-market process by coordinating creative assets, listings, and stock for seamless global go-lives.
- Process Optimisation: Lead ad hoc projects to automate reporting and integrate AI-driven tools into daily growth workflows.
- Performance Analysis: Track key marketplace KPIs and leverage Google Sheets to identify trends, sales opportunities, and efficiency gains.
Your Profile
- eCommerce Foundation: 1–3 years of experience in marketplace management, growth, or eCommerce operations.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly organised and confident using data to track performance and inform commercial strategies.
- Tech-Curious: A proactive interest in AI and automation with the desire to apply these technologies to business challenges.
- Agile Collaborator: A strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and values high levels of autonomy.
