The Opportunity

  • Next-Gen Expansion: Help spearhead the brand's entry into emerging global platforms like TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Mercado Libre.

  • P&L Ownership: Transition quickly from supporting roles to owning specific marketplace P&Ls, making data-led decisions that move the needle.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Support and grow the brand's presence across Amazon and TikTok Shop while identifying new high-potential marketplaces.
  • Product Launch Excellence: Refine the go-to-market process by coordinating creative assets, listings, and stock for seamless global go-lives.
  • Process Optimisation: Lead ad hoc projects to automate reporting and integrate AI-driven tools into daily growth workflows.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key marketplace KPIs and leverage Google Sheets to identify trends, sales opportunities, and efficiency gains.

Your Profile

  • eCommerce Foundation: 1–3 years of experience in marketplace management, growth, or eCommerce operations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly organised and confident using data to track performance and inform commercial strategies.
  • Tech-Curious: A proactive interest in AI and automation with the desire to apply these technologies to business challenges.
  • Agile Collaborator: A strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and values high levels of autonomy.
