A leading network agency is seeking a Senior Account Director – Media Planning to join their London-based team (on-site). This is a strategic role, working on a major FMCG brand, shaping campaign strategy across multiple channels and markets.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading media planning and strategy for a flagship FMCG account

Developing and optimising cross-channel campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Display, and more

Turning data and insights into actionable planning recommendations

Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality delivery

Mentoring and guiding a high-performing planning team, embedding best practices and frameworks
What we’re looking for:

Strong media planning experience, ideally in FMCG or global brands

Proven ability to lead planning output and work across multiple markets

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Confident presenter and communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders

Hands-on understanding of digital channels to guide integrated planning
