The Opportunity

  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset to optimise strategies and maximise impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies that deliver measurable business results.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive earned media campaigns.

  • Explore new approaches to content distribution, incorporating digital tools and AI insights.

  • Analyse performance and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Support integrated campaigns and communicate results to internal teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or communications, with a focus on earned media.

  • Strong commercial awareness, able to turn insights into actionable, results-driven plans.

  • Creative, curious, and willing to challenge conventional approaches.

  • Confident experimenting with new channels and approaches to optimise engagement.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work across multiple projects and priorities.
