The Opportunity
- Strategic Architect: Act as the "unlock" for the next 24 months of growth, determining what the brand sells, how it is priced, and how it is bundled.
- Category Expansion: Lead the charge on pricing strategies and the future product roadmap to define the next iteration of the brand's portfolio.
- High-Impact Visibility: Serve as the commercial "glue" between Growth, Finance, and Ops, leading weekly operations meetings to align demand with global stock availability.
- Digital Storefront Ownership: Take full command of the ecommerce presence, bridging the gap between high-level demand planning and live digital offer strategy.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Architecture: Own the levers driving unit economics, focusing on AOV and strategic bundling to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Portfolio Leadership: Drive the commercial model for new category expansions while maintaining guardianship over SKU-level product margins.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop bespoke merchandising strategies tailored to the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and win-back.
- Growth Bridge: Partner closely with the Director of Growth to ensure marketing acquisition efforts are perfectly synced with supply chain reality.
Your Profile
- DTC Experience: 5+ years in merchandising or ecommerce, ideally within a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment.
- Strategic Planner: Exceptional ability to align operational buying with growth-focused selling strategies.
- Commercial Communicator: Fluency in "speaking" Finance (margins), Ops (stock), and Growth (acquisition) to lead cross-functional unblocking.
- Analytical Precision: Systems-savvy with a meticulous eye for SKU architecture, product setups, and complex problem-solving.
