The role
We’re hiring an Operations Associate to join a small, high-impact operations team. - Coordinate freight and shipping from China, optimising cost and delivery performance.
- Manage marketplace and D2C replenishment (Amazon, TikTok Shop and others).
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate stock, reporting and documentation.
- Lead implementation and optimisation of the inventory management system as the single source of truth for stock and COGS.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets and Asana.
- Support forecasting, demand planning and stock visibility across markets.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align inventory with growth plans.

- Full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Inventory system implemented and optimised as the operational backbone.
- Automated, reliable reporting across 3PLs and suppliers.
- Clear efficiency gains in freight, replenishment and communications.
- Proactive identification and resolution of operational bottlenecks.

- Process-driven, with a focus on optimisation and automation.
- Strong communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams and external partners.
- Data-literate and confident in Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Desirable
- Experience with inventory management platforms (e.g., TradePeg or similar).
- Exposure to Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop or other D2C marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack and Asana.
- Experience working with China-based suppliers and international 3PLs.
