Salary: £70,000 – £90,000
Location: London (Hybrid – Blackfriars)

This is a pivotal leadership hire. The successful candidate will step into a role where they can shape strategy, lead a talented team, and play a key part in growing the agency.
The Opportunity

Lead paid media strategy across a portfolio of high-value client accounts

Manage and mentor a team of performance consultants and managers

Drive best-in-class performance across PPC, Paid Social and Display

Work closely with the founders to help scale the agency and unlock growth

Influence internal processes, innovation and testing strategies

Play a key role in shaping the future of the paid media offering
Responsibilities

Own client strategy, performance and growth across 4–6 key accounts

Develop integrated paid media strategies aligned to commercial objectives

Oversee campaign implementation, optimisation and testing across channels

Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Lead test and learn initiatives and innovation programmes

Support and develop team members through coaching and mentorship
Your Profile
-
5+ years’ experience running paid media campaigns

Strong knowledge of PPC with cross-channel exposure to Paid Social and Display

Agency experience preferred, or experience in a fast-paced environment

Proven track record of driving ROI and improving campaign performance

Confident managing client relationships and presenting strategy
-
Strong analytical mindset and passion for performance marketing
