Paid media is central to this company’s growth engine.

As Paid Media Executive, you’ll work across three distinct brands, reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager and partnering closely with wider leadership to scale customer acquisition through Paid Search and Paid Social (50/50 split).

In-House Transformation: Play a pivotal role in transitioning paid media operations entirely in-house for a high-growth business

Multi-Brand Exposure: Drive acquisition across three distinct brands, including innovative new lines in men’s haircare and anti-ageing.

Significant Investment: Manage six-figure monthly budgets with the autonomy to influence strategy and scale.

Responsibilities

Strategic Execution: Own the paid strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok to ensure effective customer acquisition.

Innovative Testing: Develop and lead a robust test-and-learn roadmap across creative, bidding, and UX.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, influencer, and CRM teams to create a cohesive marketing ecosystem.

Performance Oversight: Manage channel reporting, budget tracking, and continuous campaign optimisation.
Your Profile

Channel Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Paid Social (Meta/TikTok) and Paid Search (Google) OR Paid Social only.

Data Fluency: Highly confident with advanced Excel and translating performance data into actionable insights.

Agile Mindset: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, DTC-focused startup or scale-up environment.

Collaborative Spirit: A natural communicator ready to represent paid media in senior leadership forums.
