Paid Media Manager – High-Growth AI-Powered SaaS Platform
Salary: £75–90k + equity and benefits
Location: London – Hybrid (2/3 days in office)

A fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company is looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of its paid acquisition engine as the business scales across Europe and the US.

This API-first SaaS platform operates in one of the most complex and legacy-heavy categories in finance and compliance — helping global digital businesses automate cross-border tax in real-time. With $85m raised and a recent $60m Series B, the GTM organisation is scaling rapidly, and the Digital team is now hiring a Paid Media Manager to build and optimise high-performing paid programs across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Building and scaling paid activity across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta

  • Developing campaign structures, audiences, testing and optimisation roadmaps

  • Running experiments to improve CPL, CAC, SQL conversion and ROI

  • Managing agency execution with long-term aim to bring channels in-house

  • Reporting on channel performance, attribution and funnel velocity

  • Improving landing page conversion in partnership with Web and PMM

  • Supporting rebuild of AdWords, CPC strategy, and MQL→SQL funnel


About you

  • Strong hands-on B2B paid media experience

  • Skilled in Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads (Meta a bonus)

  • Background in B2B SaaS or fintech; SQL-driven performance

  • Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset

  • Comfortable working in a high-performing, smaller team

  • Able to move quickly, experiment frequently and scale profitably
