We’re partnering with a fast-growing, digitally-led beauty brand that has scaled rapidly across the UK and internationally. With strong DTC roots and an ambitious growth roadmap, they’re now looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to take ownership of Paid Search (PPC) and Affiliate channels within their Digital team.

Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, you’ll lead channel strategy, oversee budget allocation, and use data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

 

The Role

 

You’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Leading Paid Search (PPC) and Affiliate channel strategy to drive revenue and new customer growth

  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns in collaboration with an external agency, acting as the in-house subject matter expert

  • Stress-testing agency roadmaps, auditing account health, and ensuring best-in-class execution across PMax, Shopping and Search

  • Monitoring daily performance, driving optimisations, and delivering actionable insights

  • Owning channel testing roadmaps, including incrementality testing and structured experimentation

  • Shaping Affiliate strategy across content and creator-led networks, partnering closely with Social and Comms teams

  • Managing channel budgets alongside the Head of Paid Media, ensuring efficient allocation of spend

  • Supporting international expansion and new channel testing

  • Working cross-functionally with Creative/Design to deliver data-led assets and structured A/B testing

  • Translating performance data into clear reporting and commercial recommendations

  • Staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new beta features within Google Ads

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Strong hands-on experience running high-growth PPC campaigns (agency or in-house)

  • Advanced Paid Search expertise (Google Ads essential)

  • Experience working with Affiliate networks is beneficial

  • Strong understanding of the wider paid media landscape and performance analytics

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on profitable growth

  • Analytical and naturally curious — comfortable building and testing hypotheses

  • Confident stakeholder management skills (internal + agency)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables etc.)
