Job Title: Senior PPC Lead – Lead Quality & Revenue
Day rate: £375 p/d
Part time contract (3 days)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office: 2 days London Bridge, 1 day Blackhorse Road)

The Opportunity

Take ownership of end-to-end PPC performance with a focus on Lead-to-Sale conversion and pipeline value.

Lead complex campaigns at scale, optimising targeting, ads, landing experiences, and qualification flows.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and MarTech to close the loop between ads, CRM feedback, and revenue.

Drive experimentation and innovation, turning insights into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities

Audit and optimise the full-funnel journey: click → lead → qualified lead → sale.

Build and maintain scalable account structures, negative keyword strategies, and high-intent capture flows.

Implement and manage offline conversion tracking, GA4 + GTM setups, and data analysis via BigQuery or equivalent.

Use scripts, automation, and tooling to ensure quality control and operational efficiency.

Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, translating technical data into clear business decisions.
Your Profile

5–7+ years of hands-on PPC / performance marketing experience, ideally in agency or complex high-ticket lead generation.

Proven ability to improve Lead-to-Sale conversion in premium or high-consideration categories.

Expert in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and CRM integration (HubSpot or equivalent).

Comfortable with Python, SQL/BigQuery, or automation scripts to optimise campaigns and data flows.

Clear, calm communicator able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
