Responsibilities

Develop and implement Paid Social strategies aligned with client growth objectives.

Oversee campaign execution, optimisation, testing and measurement across the full funnel.

Lead client conversations, translating performance data into clear strategic recommendations.

Identify opportunities to grow investment and test emerging platforms.

Build relationships with media partners and contribute to innovation and best practice.

Support and mentor junior team members where required.
Your Profile

Strong hands-on Paid Social experience across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and Snap.

Commercially minded, analytical and confident turning data into action.

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

A systematic thinker who embraces technology, automation and continuous improvement.

Strong client communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
