The Opportunity Lead paid search and marketplace campaigns across Google and Amazon for major FMCG and Retail clients. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable business growth through data-driven strategies. Access advanced bid management tools, automation platforms, and emerging digital trends to drive innovation. Mentor junior team members, support their development, and contribute to a high-performing team culture. Influence thought leadership, market insights, and new business opportunities. The Role Plan, implement, optimise, and report on paid search campaigns, translating data into actionable recommendations. Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders and confidently present performance updates. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and campaign efficiency improvements. Ensure campaigns are executed to best practice standards while meeting commercial KPIs. Manage 1–2 junior team members, setting objectives and supporting skills growth. Your Profile 2+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools. Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills with a performance-driven mindset. Experienced in client-facing roles and mentoring junior colleagues.
