The Opportunity

  • Lead paid search and marketplace campaigns across Google and Amazon for major FMCG and Retail clients.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable business growth through data-driven strategies.

  • Access advanced bid management tools, automation platforms, and emerging digital trends to drive innovation.

  • Mentor junior team members, support their development, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

  • Influence thought leadership, market insights, and new business opportunities.

The Role

  • Plan, implement, optimise, and report on paid search campaigns, translating data into actionable recommendations.

  • Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders and confidently present performance updates.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and campaign efficiency improvements.

  • Ensure campaigns are executed to best practice standards while meeting commercial KPIs.

  • Manage 1–2 junior team members, setting objectives and supporting skills growth.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment.

  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills with a performance-driven mindset.

  • Experienced in client-facing roles and mentoring junior colleagues.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
