Our Client is a high-growth performance marketing agency helping ambitious DTC brands scale through data-led paid media strategies. Working with some of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the market, they combine media buying, creative, attribution and CRO to drive measurable commercial growth.
They are now looking for a Paid Search Lead to take ownership of strategic paid search direction across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, helping shape the future of the agency’s search offering.
The Opportunity
- Lead paid search strategy across high-growth DTC/eCommerce brands
- Own campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube and Demand Gen
- Influence commercial decisions through attribution and incrementality insights
- Work closely with senior leadership on agency-wide search innovation
- Fully remote role with strong progression and autonomy
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced paid search strategies for ecommerce clients
- Manage and optimise large-scale paid media budgets across Google platforms
- Drive performance through testing, attribution analysis and commercial insight
- Conduct incrementality testing and interpret data beyond platform ROAS
- Collaborate with creative and client services teams on growth initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider paid media development
Your Profile
- 5+ years’ experience within paid search or performance marketing
- Strong agency-side DTC/eCommerce experience
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping, PMAX and YouTube
- Strong understanding of attribution, profitability and scaling strategy
- Confident managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations
- Experience with GA4, GTM and ecommerce tracking preferred
