£70,000 pro rata | London, London Bridge | Hybrid (3x days on-site, 2x WFH)
Are you the person Paid Search teams turn to when they need a technical second opinion, a better way of working or help solving a tricky problem?
I’m partnering with a leading media agency looking for a Paid Search Technical Director to join on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll support a department of around 30 Paid Search specialists across multiple account teams. Your focus will be split between strengthening search strategy and improving how teams deliver their work.

-
Work with account leaders to introduce improvements and get them adopted across the department.

This is an internally focused role with no direct line management. You’ll influence teams through your expertise, relationships and ability to make improvements happen.
About you
-
Deep practical Paid Search expertise, with a strong agency background.
-
Experience supporting multiple accounts or teams at a senior level.
-
