Paid Social Director – Independent Agency | London | 6-Month FTC | £64k pro rata
We’re looking for a senior Paid Social Director to join a fast-growing independent agency in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, strategy-focused role working across high-profile clients, including premium and lifestyle brands.
The Role:

Lead the paid social strategy and activation across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.

Partner closely with clients to define campaign objectives, targeting, creative strategy, and optimisation plans.

Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.

Mentor and guide junior team members, helping build their expertise in paid social.

Collaborate with creative, content, and wider marketing teams to ensure seamless multi-channel campaigns.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and campaign delivery, ensuring all activity meets client KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:

6+ years’ experience in paid social strategy and campaign management.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; experience on TikTok and LinkedIn is a plus.

Track record of delivering measurable results on high-value campaigns for lifestyle, retail, or premium clients.

Confident leading client relationships and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Data-driven, strategic thinker, comfortable balancing creative innovation with measurable outcomes.

Available to start immediately; 2–3 days per week onsite in London.
