Associate Director – Paid Social
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days in the office)

The Opportunity

  • Lead Paid Social strategy across a flagship global technology account with substantial media investment and a strong focus on innovation.

  • Work across international campaigns spanning platforms including Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.

  • Join a high-performing team with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression within a global network.

  • Manage and develop a growing team of Paid Social specialists while working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders.

  • Be part of a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, testing and continuous optimisation rather than budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic direction of Paid Social campaigns across multiple international markets.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3–5 Paid Social specialists.

  • Drive innovation through testing frameworks, audience strategies and platform best practice.

  • Collaborate with planning, activation and cross-channel teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Your Profile

  • Currently an Associate Director or Account Director within a media agency (or equivalent in-house experience with significant strategic responsibility).

  • Strong Paid Social expertise across Meta, LinkedIn and other major social platforms.

  • Proven experience leading client relationships and developing strategic recommendations.

  • Previous team management experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

  • Commercially minded, proactive and excited by the opportunity to work on ambitious, large-scale campaigns.
