Our Client is a global media and marketing business working with some of the world’s most recognised brands. Its specialist client partnership brings together media, technology and creative expertise to deliver ambitious, multi-market marketing programmes at significant scale.

The Opportunity

• Lead Paid Social across EMEA for a globally recognised technology brand, owning strategy, activation, optimisation and reporting.

• This role sits within the brand and reputation side of the business.

• Take ownership of a regional remit where there is genuine scope to shape strategy, processes and ways of working.

• Manage delivery across an offshore hub alongside a small London-based team, giving you a broad remit without a large layer of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Paid Social strategy across EMEA, aligning activity with wider communications and business objectives.

• Oversee campaigns end-to-end, from planning and activation through to optimisation, analysis and reporting.

• Build senior relationships with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platform partners.

• Present insights and recommendations through QBRs, annual reviews and senior client meetings.

• Develop testing roadmaps, playbooks and best-practice approaches across markets.

• Coach and develop junior team members and offshore colleagues.

Your Profile

• Currently operating at Account Director / strong Associate Director or Senior Account Manager level.

• Proven experience managing multi-market EMEA Paid Social campaigns and sizeable media budgets.

• Strong strategic and commercial understanding of Paid Social.

• Confident managing senior stakeholders across multiple markets.

• Comfortable influencing without a large team beneath you and working across complex international structures.
