About the Role
We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing D2C subscription consumer brands in the market to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of paid social and play a pivotal role in scaling their growth engine.
The business has already exceeded recent sales and revenue targets and is now bringing its performance marketing in-house to build a more efficient, agile and data-driven operation. This is a rare chance to join a brand at the exact moment they’re transitioning from agency reliance to a fully empowered in-house growth function—with real ownership, visibility and impact.
What You’ll Own
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and YouTube.
You’ll work closely with creative, brand, growth and analytics teams to drive profitable acquisition and shape the company’s performance roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and scale paid social strategy across multiple platforms.
- Bring previously agency-managed activity fully in-house, improving efficiency and control.
- Build robust testing frameworks across creative, audiences and funnel stages.
- Optimise towards deeper value metrics such as LTV, CAC and incrementality.
- Partner with in-house creative strategists to produce and iterate high-performing assets.
Eventually this role has the potential to:
- Support diversification into new channels such as programmatic via The Trade Desk, radio and OOH.
- Feed insights into wider growth, product and brand teams to influence business-wide decision-making.

What We’re Looking For
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who loves driving growth, testing creatively and owning results end-to-end.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok preferred) and with experience on other platforms such as Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest.
- Background in D2C or subscription brands—or a solid understanding of LTV:CAC, cohorts and customer value.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance and influence strategy.
- A test-and-learn approach and deep curiosity about creative and audience development.
- Hunger to work in a fast-moving environment where you can build processes, not just operate them.
