The Opportunity

Lead a small team of paid social specialists, shaping campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes.

Work across exciting multi-market clients in fashion and B2B, activating campaigns on Meta, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

Play a central role in developing investment-led strategies that balance creativity with measurable results.

Champion innovative approaches to paid social, testing new formats, audiences, and platforms.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, optimise, and report on performance-focused paid social campaigns.

Build structured campaigns aligned to client objectives, leveraging deep insight and analytics.

Manage day-to-day campaign activation, budgets, billing, and post-campaign evaluation.

Guide and mentor your team, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous learning.

Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver fully integrated client solutions.
Your Profile

Proven track record in paid social performance campaigns with clear KPI focus.

Strong experience in fashion/retail or B2B LinkedIn campaigns.

Skilled in managing client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.

Technically confident with advanced Excel and data-driven optimisation.

Excellent communication, numerical, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach.
