Job Title: Senior Associate Director – Paid Social (12 Month FTC)
Salary: £55,000
Location: London (Hybrid – 3-4 days in office)

Our client is one of the world's leading media and marketing networks, partnering with some of the UK's most recognisable brands to deliver innovative, data-driven campaigns. They are seeking a experience Account Director Or Senior Account Director to join a high-performing Paid Social team and play a key role in shaping strategy for a major retail account.

  • Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Oversee a talented team, helping to drive performance, development and best practice.
  • Work across both brand and performance campaigns with significant media investment.

Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Social planning and strategic recommendations across multiple campaigns.
  • Guide clients on investment decisions across key social platforms.
  • Lead client meetings and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support and mentor a team of Paid Social specialists and managers.
  • Collaborate with wider digital and media teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Your Profile

  • Strong Paid Social experience across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Proven success managing senior client relationships.
  • Experience leading and developing teams within an agency environment.
  • Commercially minded with excellent strategic planning skills.
  • Confident presenting recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
