Responsibilities Lead Paid Social strategy and planning across multiple brands and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Oversee campaign direction and performance, ensuring best-in-class execution from the wider team. Mentor and support direct reports while fostering a collaborative team culture. Work cross-functionally with wider digital, planning and investment teams. Your Profile Extensive Paid Social experience within a media agency environment. Strong strategic planning capabilities across both brand and performance campaigns. Proven experience managing senior client relationships and influencing key stakeholders. Previous team management experience with a passion for developing talent. Strong platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Commercially minded, solutions-focused and confident leading conversations at a senior level.
