The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Manage and scale affiliate programmes across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube
- Build and grow influencer, ambassador and creator partnerships end-to-end
- Design and operate seeding, sampling and outreach systems
- Develop scalable, repeatable partner marketing playbooks
- Take full people management responsibility, including hiring and development, across a multi-region team
Your Profile
- Proven experience scaling affiliate, influencer or creator partnership programmes, ideally across multiple regions
- Strong commercial instinct, comfortable owning performance and diagnosing root causes
- Experience managing and growing a team
- Confident operating in a fast-moving, social-commerce or creator-economy environment
- A natural cross-functional connector who can translate partner performance into action
