The Opportunity
You will join a growing strategy team shaping the next generation of dynamic content and creative personalisation. Working with major brands across automotive, retail, entertainment and finance, you will design and deliver creative strategies that enhance media performance and audience relevance.
Responsibilities

Translate client objectives and media plans into effective creative strategies

Build testing frameworks and creative matrices to improve campaign performance

Partner with media, data and creative teams to activate ideas across channels

Analyse campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommendations

Present strategy and results to clients and senior stakeholders

Support new business pitches and mentor junior strategists
Your Profile

4+ years of experience in a media, digital or performance environment

Strong understanding of paid social or programmatic platforms

Skilled at interpreting data to inform creative decisions

Excellent communicator with strong deck building and presentation skills

Curious, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple disciplines
