We're partnering with a fast-growing performance marketing agency to hire a Performance Marketing Lead.

The Role

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-growth client accounts, leading Paid Social strategy and execution while working closely with creative, data and client services teams.

You'll play a key role in launching new client partnerships, scaling performance and helping deliver exceptional results across a range of consumer brands.

This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
  • Launch and scale campaigns across Meta and other paid social platforms
  • Manage significant advertising budgets and drive measurable growth
  • Build testing frameworks and optimise performance through data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Own client relationships and lead performance discussions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and ways of working
  • Support wider agency growth initiatives and platform experimentation

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong Paid Social experience, particularly within Meta Ads
  • Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics
  • Ability to take ownership of client accounts and performance outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and communicating performance insights
  • Experience working in an agency environment or across multiple brands

Desirable

  • Paid Search experience (Google Ads)
  • Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands
  • Exposure to TikTok and other paid media channels
