Performance Media Manager

6-Month FTC | £50,000–£60,000 | London (3 days in the office) | ASAP Start

We're partnering with an award-winning communications agency looking for a Performance Media Manager to join the team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to extend.

This isn't your typical Paid Media role.

You'll be leading paid media activity for a high-profile international campaign, working across 50+ global markets to build awareness, engagement and registrations for a major international conference.

It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, thrives in collaborative environments and wants to work on campaigns that genuinely make an impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning, buying and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple international markets
  • Leading Paid Social activity across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Supporting campaigns across YouTube, Google Ads and X
  • Using organic social content within paid campaigns to maximise engagement
  • Monitoring campaign performance using platform insights, engagement metrics and sentiment analysis
  • Working closely with Creative, Content, Web and Technical teams to continually improve campaign performance
  • Reporting on campaign success and making data-driven optimisation recommendations
  • Helping shape media strategy while remaining hands-on in campaign delivery

What we're looking for

  • 4-6 years' experience within Paid Media or Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on Paid Social planning and buying experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn Ads
  • Exposure to Google Ads, YouTube and X
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries or regions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and dashboards
  • Someone who enjoys both planning and activation, understanding how great buying informs better strategy
  • A naturally curious marketer who enjoys solving problems and improving the way campaigns are delivered

Nice to have

  • eCommerce or large-scale international campaign experience
  • Experience using organic content within paid campaigns
  • Understanding of campaign tracking and measurement
  • Agency experience

Why join?

  • Work on a genuinely unique global campaign
  • Collaborate with specialists across creative, web and technology
  • Opportunity to influence wider marketing strategy, not just campaign delivery
  • High level of autonomy with support from experienced leadership
  • Strong chance of extending beyond the initial six-month contract
