An exciting PPC / Biddable Account Manager role has arisen at one of the UK’s most successful and fast-growing independent media agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, data-led agency known for its collaborative culture, award-winning work, and impressive client portfolio across retail, finance, and charity sectors.

The Role

This is a key position within a high-performing client planning team, managing end-to-end PPC / Digital campaigns. You’ll play a hands-on role in campaign delivery and optimisation, while also supporting client strategy and reporting.

You’ll be working across two major accounts, one of which has an international footprint. Budgets range from £3M to £20M, and there’s a real opportunity to shape best-in-class digital strategies as one client transitions from performance-led to brand-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activate and optimise Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads essential)
  • Monitor performance and provide insight-led reporting to clients
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-channel specialists
  • Manage at least one junior team member (line management experience preferred)
  • Opportunity to work across Display, Video, and Paid Social
  • Involvement in new business and account growth initiatives

Your profile:

  • Strong hands-on Paid Search experience (activation, optimisation, and reporting)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Confidence managing campaign performance and discussing results with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
