Join a fast-moving, founder-led consumer brand that’s redefining how people play and connect. We design, launch, and grow products sold globally through leading online marketplaces — and we’re looking for a Marketplace Associate to help take our next stage of growth to new heights.

  • We’re looking for a PPC & Trade Associate to join the team.

  • This role is 50% PPC management and 50% driving SKU-level performance through broader trade levers — including pricing, deals, creative optimisation, SEO, and on-platform experimentation.

  • It’s a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong technical Amazon PPC background who’s excited to expand beyond PPC and take real ownership of on-platform performance.

  • This is a full-time remote contractor role, working UK hours.

  • You’ll be deep in the weeds of SKU-level performance, owning results end-to-end and playing a key role in taking our advertising and marketplace performance to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full-Funnel Ad Management
Own PPC strategy and execution across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging platforms. You’ll actively test, scale, and optimise campaigns — including the rollout of advanced tools like DSP — to drive profitable growth.

Trade Experimentation
Design and own our trade experimentation engine across all marketplaces. You’ll continuously test and refine PPC, SEO, pricing, deals, and other levers to uncover what truly moves the needle at SKU level.

Creative Execution
Lead the generation and optimisation of sponsored video ads, and help execute high-impact deal events and product launches that win attention and convert traffic.

Deep-Dive Optimisation
Live inside the data day-to-day — tracking keyword rankings, SKU performance, search terms, and trends — and making fast, informed decisions to ensure we’re winning on-platform.

Research & Test
Constantly scan competitors, marketplaces, and even other industries for best practices and inspiration. You’ll turn insights into tests, and tests into scalable performance wins.

What We’re Looking For

  • Data-Driven Thinker
    You trust data over gut feel. You’ve tested multiple PPC tools, know what you like (and why), and are comfortable working with SQP and AMC data.

  • Strong Technical Amazon PPC Experience
    You’ve experimented with every campaign type imaginable, managed multiple geographies (including EU), and can back up your decisions with real performance data.

  • Seasonal Brand Experience
    You’ve owned or supported PPC strategy for a Q4 seasonal brand and understand how to scale efficiently during peak demand.

  • The “Scientist” Mindset
    You’re always forming hypotheses, running experiments, learning fast, and improving results 1% every day.

  • Strong Communicator
    You understand the why behind your work and can clearly explain insights, decisions, and results to the wider team. Your reporting is structured, transparent, and actionable.

  • Demonstrable AI Skills
    Whether you’ve built, improved, or fixed something, you’ve used AI to make a measurable impact on performance or efficiency

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing brands with high levels of branded traffic.

  • Experience with DSP, Walmart, or TikTok Shop
