Senior PPC Executive – Global Travel Brand (In-House)
📍 London (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week Central London
💰 £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + benefits
We’re partnering with a global consumer travel brand on a mission to make journeys simpler, smarter, and more connected.
We’re looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join their in-house performance marketing team within a role that’s hands-on, data-driven, and highly visible across the business. You’ll be working on one of the brand’s most commercially critical channels, managing multi-million-pound budgets across multiple international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple global markets.
- Implement automation, AI bidding, and testing frameworks to drive efficiency and performance.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns from top-level strategy right down to individual routes and keywords.
- Build actionable dashboards (ideally in Looker Studio) to track, visualise, and communicate results.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, data, and sales teams to connect marketing performance with business impact.
- Leverage SA360 to manage complex account structures and reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry updates, experimenting with Performance Max, Demand Gen, and other new features.
- Partner with localisation and tagging teams to ensure global coverage and measurement accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in-house or agency-side.
- Proven Experience on large, complex, high volume search accounts such as B2C Travel, Retail/ ECom, Marketplace accounts (ideally £50k+ monthly)
- Experience with SA360 and building Looker Studio dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset, commercially focused, and meticulous with detail.
- A genuine “doer” — someone who enjoys testing, learning, and optimising continuously.
- Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
- Exposure to Meta Ads or cross-channel attribution.
- Multilingual (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
- Certification in Google Marketing Platform or similar.
