Product Marketing Lead – High-Growth AI-powered SaaS Platform
Salary: £100–130k + equity and benefits
Location: London - 2/3 days in the office

A fast-growing, VC-backed global SaaS company is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to build and own the Product Marketing function as the business enters a major scale-up phase across Europe and the US.

This fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company operates in one of the most legacy-heavy, complex areas of finance and compliance and is transforming it with a modern, AI-powered, API-first platform used by some of the world’s leading digital businesses.

They’ve raised $85m to date, including a recent $60m Series B, backed by top-tier global investors. The GTM organisation is scaling fast across Europe and the US, now moving from a narrowly defined ICP and ABM motion to a broader, enterprise-scale, multi-Persona GTM strategy and they need the right Product Marketer to architect and lead that evolution.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Building a cohesive, differentiated GTM narrative across product lines and segments

  • Developing Personas and value propositions for CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, Heads of Tax and Product teams

  • Creating scalable enablement assets (decks, case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling)

  • Owning competitive intelligence and positioning vs. legacy players

  • Partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing and Leadership to ensure message consistency

  • Shaping product launches, pricing/packaging storytelling, and demand-driving content

  • Acting as the connective tissue across GTM to drive alignment


About you

A strategic, commercially minded Product Marketer with the ability to execute hands-on at pace. You thrive in ambiguity, love building from zero, and influence senior stakeholders with clarity.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong B2B SaaS PMM experience (enterprise or upper mid-market ideal)

  • Experience creating messaging frameworks, Personas and competitive positioning

  • Ability to translate complex products into simple value propositions

  • Experience driving GTM and cross-functional alignment

  • Ability to create high-quality sales enablement content

  • A builder mentality — clarity, structure, and narrative from the ground up
