The Opportunity

  • Join a collaborative and high-performing programmatic team working across leading DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP
  • Take ownership of high-impact programmatic accounts, leading strategy, optimisation, and client growth initiatives
  • Play a key role in driving innovation across audience targeting, automation, testing frameworks, and performance media strategy
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to wider agency growth through new business and commercial opportunities
  • Be part of a forward-thinking business investing heavily in automation, AI, and programmatic innovation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, setup, optimisation, and performance management of programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps to improve efficiency, targeting, and campaign outcomes
  • Monitor campaign delivery, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs including CPA, ROAS, reach, and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through expanded media solutions, increased investment, and innovation
  • Contribute to new business pitches and support wider agency programmatic strategy
  • Ensure best practice processes are followed across trafficking, QA, tracking, audience segmentation, and campaign setup
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping develop programmatic knowledge and campaign execution skills

Your Profile

  • Strong experience managing programmatic campaigns across DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP
  • Proven ability to lead programmatic strategy and drive measurable performance growth for clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-led approach to optimisation
  • Confident client communication and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members within a digital or programmatic environment
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, automation, and campaign structuring
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for innovation across digital media and programmatic advertising
