Our Client is a global digital marketing and AdTech business specialising in programmatic media, data, analytics, and platform consultancy. With teams across Europe, North America, Africa, and APAC, they partner with leading brands and agencies to deliver innovative digital solutions across media, measurement, and technology.

The Opportunity

  • Join a specialist consulting team advising advertiser and agency clients on the strategic use of DV360 and CM360
  • Work directly with external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner across platform adoption, troubleshooting, and activation support
  • Develop expertise across Google Marketing Platform products while supporting clients through training, platform guidance, and best practice recommendations
  • Collaborate with consultants, media specialists, and analytics teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Be part of a business investing heavily in learning, development, flexibility, and digital innovation

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key client adviser supporting brands and agencies with their use of DV360 and CM360
  • Deliver platform training, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance through calls, workshops, and client sessions
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a consistently high standard of service and communication
  • Translate technical platform concepts into clear and practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver a seamless and collaborative client experience
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their platform usage or benefit from additional services and solutions
  • Support new business conversations through AdTech and platform expertise
  • Contribute to case studies, thought leadership content, and internal knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, certifications, and wider developments across AdTech and digital media

Your Profile

  • Hands-on experience within programmatic, display, or video advertising, ideally within an activation or trading environment
  • Experience using DV360, with exposure to or interest in learning CM360
  • Confident working directly with clients and external stakeholders in a consultative environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulae
  • Passionate about digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and advertising technology
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience across programmatic or digital media environments
